WhatsApp, the most widely used messaging platform owned by Facebook has introduced its new privacy policy for the users and the internet is not happy about this. A couple of days ago, the android and IOS users had a push screen notification about the new policy.

If you ponder upon the situation and learn more then you will come to know that users are being asked to get familiar with it and agree with the terms and conditions till February 8, 2021. If you do not agree to it then unfortunately WhatsApp would be forced to delete your account. Hold on! WhatsApp told in a dedicated FAQ section detailing the information it shares with Facebook’s companies that “The information we share with the other Facebook Companies includes your account registration information (such as your phone number), transaction data, service-related information, information on how you interact with others (including businesses) when using our Services, mobile device information, your IP address, and may include other information identified in the Privacy Policy section entitled ‘Information We Collect’ or obtained upon notice to you or based on your consent,”
